MADE Festival 2018 - Travel

GETTING TO MADE FESTIVAL 2018

  • When travelling to and from MADE Festival, we ask you to be respectful of our local residents.
  • Please do not litter.
  • Please do not walk in the roads leading to the festival. These are busy roads and dangerous for people walking.
  • Please follow the direction signs to the site and do not detour. The route has been marked out for your safety and is the quickest route to site.
  • Use toilets provided on the route
  • Don’t be one of the few who spoil it for the many!

 BY FOOT

  • From Walsall Road A34 (B42 2LR) ) use stewarded crossing points into Perry Park
  • Please listen to our stewards who are there to assist in your safe arrival at the festival

BY CAR

  • There is no parking around local roads many of which will be closed off and illegally parked cars will be towed or clamped.
  • To park you must have a parking pass, avaialble here
  • BUY PARKING PASS
  • If car park spaces remain these will be available on the day – follow Festival Parking signs - nearest postcode is B42 1RS

BY TAXI / UBER / CAR DROP OFF

  • Perry Park is just a short 10 minute journey from Birmingham City centre
  • When ordering your Taxi/Minicab/Uber please enter Alexander Stadium as your drop off point on the app – This is also the collection point for your journey home.
  • We strongly recommend that you arrange a pre paid collection through the taxi that has brought you to the event. The taxi collection area will be the same as the drop off area

BY TRAIN

  • The nearest train station to MADE Festival is Perry Bar – then a 10 minute walk to site
  • Plan your jounrney in advance with National Rail
  • After 8pm the services reduce drastically so we recommend buying a MADE bus journey back –
    The final timetabled trains heading to Birmingham New Street at - 20:53, 21:53, 22:27, 22:53, 23:27 and 23:53

BY BUS

  • There are a number of bus routes that come from all over Birmingham which pass right through Perry Bar and will drop you within just a short 2 minute walk of MADE Festival 2018

LEAVING MADE FESTIVAL 2018

 BY BUS

  • We HIGHLY recommend our MADE Festival shuttle bus service
  • Please follow the signs for shuttle buses upon exiting the event
  • Our shuttle buses will run from Perry Park to Digbeth Coach Station starting from 20:30 until 23:00
  • Single tickets cost £4.50 and are available NOW

 BY UBER / TAXI

  • When ordering your Uber please enter Perry Park as your collection point.
  • Wait at the Taxi Pick Up Point which will be clearly sign posted as you leave the festival

 BY TRAIN

  • A very limited train service runs from Perry Bar Station from 8pm
  • The last trains leave at 22:27, 22:53, 23:27 and 23:53
  • Plan your jounrney in advance with National Rail
  • We would recommend using the MADE Shuttle Bus service instead of trains
