MADE Festival is for over 18s only.
Everyone must present a valid form of photographic ID. The following ID can be used as proof of age for entering the site:

- Current Passport
- Current UK Driver’s License or Provisional License
- Validate UK
- Citizen Card
- NUS Card
- A National Identity Card

The bars will operate a challenge 25 system. If you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic ID provide you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photographic ID with you.

Will a photocopy or my birth certificate be ok?

Photocopies or birth certificates will not be accepted. Please do not come without your valid photo ID even if you are over 18, as you may be turned away if you cannot prove your age.
For security reasons, all MADE Festival ticket holders will be subject to extra searches at this year’s event. Please be patient if there are queues, and please cooperate with any security requests and all searches. Observe the festival opening times and arrive as early as possible as this will reduce queueing time.

We have put in place all necessary measures to maximise public safety, working closely with the authorities. You can also play your part in keeping MADE Festival safe and secure by reading the following text on restrictions and prohibited items.

Restrictions and prohibited items.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, MADE Festival reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, and to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated).

• Anything illegal or offensive.
• Food & drink. There are a variety of licensed bars and catering (vegetarian and gluten free) open throughout the event, as well as free water points. If you have any specific dietary needs then do contact us in advance and we can advise.
• Illegal Substances and New Psychoactive Substances (Legal Highs) – MADE Festival operates a zero-tolerance approach to drug use, including the use of nitrous oxide.
• Glass bottles or aerosols, including perfume bottles. For perfume please consider using a plastic travel bottle
• Seats and chairs – unless previously agreed in writing with MADE Festival
• Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival. Small bags are allowed with the dimensions of 30cm x 42cm (A3 size) nothing bigger please.
• Umbrellas and parasols.
• Tents and gazebos, tables, BBQs, stoves and gas canisters.
• Banners and flags with sticks/poles.
• Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time within any areas of the site.
• Dangerous or hazardous items including knives, scissors, flares, fireworks, lighter fuel, spray cans, air horns, klaxons or similar, laser pens.
• Chinese lanterns.
• Bicycles, skateboards and scooters.
• Any other items not included in the above list that we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security.
• Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited.
Last entry to MADE is 4pm – we don’t want you to miss out so please make sure you are in the queue sufficiently in advance of this time.
You need to contact the ticket agency that you purchased your tickets from. If you purchased tickets from our website then you will need to contact See Tickets customer services - Click Here. Please note that all tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Please do not buy tickets from people you don’t know as these might well be fake tickets. There are scammers out there ready to con people out of their money on every big event in the UK. Please do not hand over or send money to people posting on Facebook or any other social media forum saying they have tickets. Only purchase tickets from www.made-festival.co.uk and other official ticket outlets. Do not buy from touts, we can not guarantee these tickets will be valid.

I have bought a standard ticket, can I upgrade to VIP?
Yes you can (while stocks last) - go here and you can purchase and upgrade ticket. You will need to show both tickets on the day to access the VIP gate.
Pack light. The less you bring, the quicker you’ll get through the gates. It really will make things quicker for you and everyone else.
Small bags measuring no more that 40cm x 32cm x 32xm (i.e. a small rucksack).
Plan for the weather, much of this event is uncovered so bring relevant clothing, wear sun protection etc.
You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note prescription or valid medical certificate. If in doubt please drop us a line in advance at contact@made-festival.co.uk
Not on site. If you drink and eat in the park outside the perimeter of the festival then please respect our beautiful new home, and our local residents and put your rubbish in the bins provided. Once you reach the search lanes you cannot take any food or drink into the festival. There is a range of delicious food and drink available to buy within the festival.
We have lockers available and these can be pre-booked at See Tickets or if still available, payable on the day.
The bars will operate a Token system which is in place to reduce queues. You can pay for the tokens with either cash or card at the Token Booths around the site.
Food Stalls all take cash (and few take cards) There will be an ATM on site too.
There is no re-admission to MADE Festival after entry. Re-admission and ‘pass outs’ are only permitted in exceptional circumstances e.g. medical reasons etc. and are at the discretion of security. Please plan ahead, bring enough money and debit/credit cards before you arrive

If your phone is likely to run out, place on low power mode. You may bring a power bank, but if your after party or bus tickets are on your phone we recommend that you print out just in case you run out of battery.
The same regulations apply at MADE as the rest of the country. You can smoke in the open air but inside big tops and tents, smoking is NOT permitted. Look out for the ‘No Smoking’ signs if in any doubt.
Welcome to UK festivals! Sometimes it rains, this year we have four arenas that are under cover along with the bars, however the main stage is uncovered. If the weather is likely to be wet we will inform you in terms of what we would recommend you wear, you can always use our lockers if you want to bring extra layers or waterproofs.
Yes there is. This year’s MADE Festival is at Lab11 and runs from 11pm-6am. Tickets and information available from See Tickets Don’t forget to get your bus ticket which takes you direct from Perry Park to Birmingham Coach Station
MADE Festival is committed to ensuring that disabled visitors to the festival have an equal and inclusive experience. We aim to make your experience of the festival the best possible. Please bear in mind that this is a festival event and as such will be on a grass surface which may be slightly uneven. It is always worth checking the weather on the day and making any adjustments to equipment you may need to bring with you for your convenience and comfort.

We provide a free carer/personal assistant ticket to people who may need personal help from a trusted carer at the festival. This is a simple process following the points below:
1. Order a MADE ticket in the same name as is shown on the proof of disability document
2. Send your proof of disability document to – contact@made-festival.co.uk
3. We will then provide you with an equivalent ticket
